Dr. Sherri Williams is a seasoned executive, strategic consultant, and business educator with over 20 years leading cross-functional initiatives in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and nonprofit program development, part of a 40+ year career in IT overall. She is the founder of Creative Consulting Professional Services LLC (CCPS), a Minority-Woman Owned Business. Through CCPS, she partners with organizations to design and optimize mission-driven programs and operational frameworks that deliver measurable impact. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and has trained over 8,000 participants. Her certifications include PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, ADKAR Prosci Change Practitioner, SAFe 6.0 Practice Consultant, and Agile Trainer. She has led workshops throughout her career and currently serves as a professor at Strayer University. She is known for translating complex concepts into actionable strategies, whether managing enterprise IT initiatives, guiding nonprofits through capacity-building, or delivering executive training. Her speaking engagements focus on program management excellence, strategic planning, operational governance, and empowering leaders to execute with clarity and purpose.
